Western Union

Here is a picture of Elmo Saunders as a Western Union telegraph delivery boy on Nashville's Union Street in 1936.  He says the light colored structure is the American Bank and Trust Company and the dark colored building is a "sweet shop".  There was an alley between the two buildings, and the view is toward Third Avenue.
- William Weems

Sad note: Elmo died September 25, 2004
