The Stahlman Building

On November 28, 1905, it was announced that this twelve-story building would be erected by Mecklenburg Realty Company on the southeast corner of Third Avenue, North (formerly North College), and Union Street. When it was completed in 1906, the Fourth National Bank occupied the ground floor.*
